My husband and I ate here on our last night in the Keys. We stayed at the Anchorage Inn and always saw and listened to the music coming from the huge tiki hut across the way. They have more than one tiki hut by the way. We picked our own table and our waitress came with menus right away. We ordered drinks called the Gilbert boobie! Very tasty! Full of liquor, a frozen drink. We each had two. We had crispy calamari for an appetizer which was very good tasting. It was deep fried and served with marinara sauce. For the main course, my husband ordered the mahi-mahi fillet dinner and I ordered the shrimp dinner they were both very good tasting meals. Plenty of food for both of us. Im sorry I didnt take photos of the meals but I did get a photos of the appetizer and the drink!

Place had a great crowd, music on point as always, dolphins in the water. We love to go to the Tiki by the Ocean side, our favorite bartender Ruby, attends to us right away. Must I say more.. great time…

Saw good reviews on yelp, we boated there and really liked the fish sandwich and pina coladas were great. Be sure to get the mahi blackened and say yes to the rum floater!
We tried to like this place. First time we came on a Sunday afternoon, apparently they had just finished having a big blowout beach party and we watched several people staggering out and being helped out due to excess alcohol consumption. Which is fine – we may have wanted to enjoy a similar afternoon – except once the music was over around 6 they shut down a couple bars on the beach and were not too accommodating at the other bars. Seemed a little dirty and scummy at the bars too. There were several people hanging out in the parking lot with their trunks open with coolers and cans of beer. Just seemed like the wrong time so we headed to another spot. The second time we wanted to go for a drink at sunset – showed up a bit early but there was just nobody there at 5 on a Thursday afternoon and we were literally the only people at the tiki bar. It felt creepy so we had a drink and left. Probably wont go back.
