Great place for vegan food. It’s about 30 miles from Key West downtown on Overseas Highway. Again, like many cafes in Key West, this one is also grocery store plus a cafe. We went for a Tofu-Avocado-Cheese and Vegetable MELT sandwiches along with a Banana Strawberry Smoothie and a Carrot Colada. The sandwiches (more like wraps actually) were great. The veggies were great and the wheat sprouts were something we had never seen on it. The Banana Strawberry smoothie and Carrot Colada were amazing too. We had a really great breakfast on our way to Miami. They also have a grocery store, not separate from the cafe, where you get all kinds of stuff – like cookies, fresh produce, herbs, supplements, ready to cook packets, snacks and more. So many things stuffed into a small place so it is a little congested. It is less of an eat-in place with just one table and a pair of chairs at one end of the store and a couple of high chairs next to the kitchen. I guess a majority of the folks just do a takeaway. The entire complex is about wellness. So besides this place, there is also a wellness center that offers Yoga, Zumba, massage etc. There is also health center that nutritional facials, reflexology, and reiki etc
Wonderful place to get a healthy snack or fresh real juice. Also for the conscious grocery shopper, good Food contains a great selection of local goods and health food alternatives. They’re staff was very hospitable and welcoming and went above and beyond anything a visitor could ask for. I highly recommend anyone interested to give it a try if you’re in the area!
