I am so very disappointed in this restaurant. I waited three hours to receive my food and once I received it it was cold! The manager and my waitress were incompetent and rude I will never be coming back and would not recommend to anyone!!
Just walked out of big chill. Bad customer service from hostess, sever, and manager. Bathrooms are dirty. And grilled mahi mahi bland and dry. Go to Fish house instead. It’s much better. The big chill is all hype. Don’t waste your time or money.
Listen to the reviews, they don’t have their stuff together. we just experienced issues with staffing, service, order taking, order compliance, food quality, flow, etc etc. just go somewhere else. prettyandwittylifestyle.com
Skeptical but pleasantly surprised! It looked like a tourist trap, but we were welcomed by friendly staff, we enjoyed the pool and the peal & eat shrimp were so tasty we ordered more. Bathrooms were clean. Thank you to JJ’s Big chill for making the effort to do something good.
How about those Seahawks!!22 May, 2014The mahi mahi sandwich (blackened) for lunch was really good. Great service and view.
Great Happy Hour Prices. This is a great place to go for discounted drinks and 1/2 price appetizers. There is a large deck, tiki bar, tables, entertainment, and a great waterfront view. Draft beer was $1.26 and 20 scrumptious wings were only $9.50. Great prices for the Keys. Expect a crowd. Happy Hour is from 4 to 7pm. Get there early to get a seat and a great view of the sunset. The night we went there was a magician show and a singer with guitar. He got at least every fourth note correct, but what do you expect for free?
Terrible. Don’t watse your time and money on this over priced, rude and unwelcoming bar.Drinks overpriced and badly mixed, waitresses arrogant and inconsiderate and non existant Happy Hour.
