I honestly dont even know what to say about this place… As a server myself, I understand the business, but there is no excuse to be treated as poorly as I was at Jimmy Johnsons. Found this place on google on a list of places to watch fireworks on the 4th of July and got there and it was great! Crowded (as expected) on the 4th of July so we ordered drinks and food from the outside bar, standing up to eat and drink until a table opened. We didnt expect anyone to be leaving due to the fireworks, but someone left so we quickly moved to a table to finish eating and watch the fireworks. A server, mike, comes to the table and asks if we need anything. Tried to order a drink, and he rolled his eyes and told us if we wanted to order drinks to go to the bar and refused to serve us. The manager, Greg, then comes over, asking us to stand or move because we were clogging a servers table by not ordering enough. He proceeded to cuss and yell at us for doing the EXACT same thing everyone else in the restaurant was doing – having drinks AT A TABLE by the bar to wait for the fireworks. I have never experienced ANY person talking to me like the manager did (and I live in Miami) and as much as I wanted to like this place, I will never be back. Greg a needs to learn a few customer service skills and how to speak to anyone, and be fired/find a new profession since he clearly has a temper issue. Could have been handled MUCH differently. The food was mediocre, but not worth the poor service; we definitely went for he view.(By the way, I compensated the very nice server that took our order for the extra time that we spent to watch the fireworks, which I would have done to Mike as well had he not refused to take my order.)

Bartender seemed annoyed that we asked to pipe in the Thursday night football game instead of blaring the techno music. Then she left the room and was taking to other waitresses in main lobby for over 15 min. Had to ask the guy emptying the garbage to go grab her. Nachos were good though.
