I enjoyed lunch with my mom and sister. We all had a difficult time deciding on our entrees because they all sounded amazing. I went with the Korean Town chicken. The chicken was so flavorful and not even the tiniest bit dry. But, the true star was the collards. I’ve never liked collard greens, but since it was the offered side I decided to go for it. Oh my gosh they were amazing. I crave them. I’ve even considered seeing if I can just get some to go so I can wander the streets of Mt. Dora enjoying the collards, they are that good.
