Ok at best. Great location but food was bland.
Buen Provecho!. Tucked along a side street in picturesque downtown Mt. Dora is an authentic taste of Mexico – otherwise known as the Fiesta Grande Mexican Grill. Residing in what was once an Irish pub, the Fiesta Grande boasts both indoor and outdoor seating as well as a decent sized bar.My husband and I have dined here on many occasions, most recently being July 4th. This time around I had the #18, a tasty combination of a chile relleno, chalupa and rice. All were delicious, particularly the chile relleno which was covered in a sauce that has a slightly sweet note to it. My husband had the #1 which was a combination of a taco, chalupa, burrito and enchilada. Again, all the items were very good and he particularly liked the cheese that was used. (Usually, he doesn’t care for the cheese that tops Mexican dishes.)The service here has always been professional and attentive. Our drinks and salsa/chips bowls were refilled without our even asking. All in all, if you ever find yourself in Mt. Dora and craving something a bit exotic, consider stopping by the Fiesta Grande.
I come often and have never been disappointed. Good food fair price.
We LOVE Fiesta Grande! Large portions for the price, fresh food, extremely clean restaurant & impeccable service. Best Mexican food in Central Florida! We take all of our visitors here.
Great attentive service. Great tasting food and great value. Not the run of the mill mexican.
Yuk. It all tastes the same. Smells greasy when you walk in, tables not clean enough. It was more like a gravy than a sauce on my enchiladas, chile rellanos were way overcooked.
Ground beef in the tacos and burritos is so dry and bland. My daughter loves tacos and took one bite and wouldn’t eat anymore. Everything else was average. I wouldn’t go back again.
