Good, not great. I have heard so much about this place and was excited to give it a try. I had the Brisket, Collard Greens and Sweet Potatoes. All good just not the kind of good you dream about the next day thinking about the next time you will go by for a good meal. I will go back but I failed to see the hype… will try again another time. Atmosphere was super casual and service was friendly.

The bread pudding is diet-busting-delicious! The bakedbeans must have crack in them because they are addictive!If you’ve never had Texas style BBQ – give 4 Rivers a try – there’s a reason the line is out the door.
Makin’ it Right!. I’ve been a fan of 4 Rivers for more than 2 years since I had the pleasure to eat at their Orlando location.I took a couple friends to the Dale Mabry location and ordered a half slab of pork ribs. I received my sides and drink, paid the cashier and was told they would bring my ribs out. I sat with my friends and started on my sides. about 4 minutes went by with no ribs. I mentioned it to one of the staff walking the floor and maybe a minute later was presented with a WHOLE slab of ribs and her sincere apologies.A couple minutes later the manager came to us and apologized, offering to get any of us ANYTHING else we wanted FREE of charge.Every restaurant will fall short of expectations once in a while, but the staff at 4 rivers goes above and beyond to make things right.Also, my friends loved the food and promised to be back!
Very good. Kid’s meals were perfect, pulled pork and brisket was yummy and all of our sides were yummy! I especially liked the grit cake! It and will def be back!
Absolutely amazing!! Line wrapped out the door and down the sidewalk. Moved quick. Family of 4 and we sampled it all- ribs, sausage, brisket, pork. All meats gets 5
