About
Established in 1997, Abbys Health and Nutrition was founded by Abby Sayler with the purpose of providing the community a place that people can come and receive advice on health and nutrition. Twenty years later, Abbys is the leader in organic and Non-GMO foods and supplements and is proud to support local vendors and farmers. Caf Eden is located inside Abbys and offers a variety of organic, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian foods prepared fresh daily. Caf Eden serves organic smoothies and juices, has a fresh salad and soup bar, as well as a hot bar with new dishes daily. In 2014, Abbys Organic Community Farm was founded in Lutz as a non-profit organization with the main purpose being to educate our community on organic farming. The farm is also a place for community members to grow their own organic fruits and vegetables.Details

This is the best place to get your vitamins and organic items. If you are unsure which is the best for what you’re looking for, the staff can always help you. They also have a lunch area and a grocery area besides the supplements.
I was looking for something that I didn’t know much about. The sales clerk was very knowledgeable & helped me find what I wanted. They have a huge selection of vitamins & herbs. They also have a prepared foods section which is very good.
I remember when Abby first opened her place and then added food as well. It is a very nice place to stop in for a snack or lunch and learn about nutrition while your at it.
