So my boyfriend, his daughter and I went to buckets today and stood at the door for 20 minutes. When I found a server and asked about seating, she said we don’t have a host, seat yourself and looked me up and down and was exceptionally rude. So we sat ourselves and for another 20 minutes Waited for just a water and soda. Terrible service, horrible atmosphere. I cant believe it’s been open as long as it has been. Never ever visit that place again!!

Manager does not correct his servers mistakes. In the past I visited this place a lot with friends and family until last year. A server charged my card for my dinner and someone elses so I ended up getting two separate charges. When I told the manager he spent an hour in the back going through his receipts just to come out and show me the charge that someone else signed (wasnt even my name) and said I needed to take it up with them to get my money back. The server was there and even admitted her mistake and apologized but the ass manager whom has no idea what customer service is did not correct her mistake or comp anything. I have not been back there since. Terrible!!!!!
Ok Bar. This place is good but sometimes the service is the slowest I have seen around. I went with my family during the daytime and my kids couldn’t handle waiting anymore. I know kids are antsy, but I became antsy too because it was really take a long time. I wouldn’t go back unless it is in the evening and its just my husband and I. It’s a nice large spacey area and you can go for some beers. I have seen a lot of people hang out there although I am not a regular.
Get your act together your’re not Janus landing!. Hmmm…. A little advice if you want to play with the big boys as a live band venue, increase your staff and make sure they are not nasty and not take over an hour to serve a drink!!!!!! So sad, since the day this bar open my experience with Buckets has been terrible!!!!!
This place wasn’t bad once upon a time but it’s seriously gone down hill.. A change in waitstaff and cooks and the same old sloooow bartenders has made it a terrible place. The service could not be worse by anyone’s standards and management makes it clear they simply don’t care. Speaking from someone who used to frequent there 3-4 times a week… I’ll never return! There are too many other much better choices in the area … Head to Winners on Anderson (incredible!!!) or Primetime on Dale Mabry… Even Beefs is better! Their food might be worse but at least you’ll get some service!
