A Must Try in Carrollwood. A must try in Carrollwood! I was driving down N. Dale Mabry and saw a sign for Cuban Sandwiches. I stopped in and had a Cafe Con Leche and a Pulled Pork Sandwich. Best in town! Nice relaxing place, great food, coffee, light jazz, and a fun staff. This place is great to just hang our and enjoy the scene. The artwork has something for everyone, Elvis, Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Bob Marley to name a few. Going to definitely bring family and friends here to eat and enjoy :).
Cafe Con Leche. This place is awesome. Its tiny inside, family owned & operated, the owner is one of the friendliest people you will meet. So late one Saturday evening my husband & I are having the strongest cafe con leche cravings! Driving down Dale Mabry we decided to call to see what Cool Mo’s hours were, well they closed at 6pm but the owner answered the phone at 8pm. He told us to come on down, they had no problem making cafe con leche for us two hours after they were closed! We got there and he & his daughter were inside cleaning up and made us two of the most delicious cups of cafe con leche EVER! They were so kind & chatted with us for over 15 minutes. We couldn’t believe how awesome they were to help us even after they were closed. I’m now addicted to their coffee & plan on going back frequently! What an awesome little gem!
Our Favourite Cafe!. From the beignets to the cubans, and every where in between. This is by far the best little coffee shop my husband and I have ever been to. I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. It’s a family run business and the owners are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They make you feel like part of the family. If you stop by, don’t forget to try their Shaved Ice!
BEST LATTE and CUBAN in TOWN. Starbucs can NOT compete! This is the best food and friendliest service around! Try the online delivery. Quick and easy! Can’t get that from Starbucs!!!
Hidden Gem!. Hands down the best traditional cuban sandwich in Tampa Bay. At a coffee shop? That’s right! Don’t let the name fool you, this little shop is more than a great cup of Joe. Before you leave… don’t pass on a fresh order of beignets, they will make you weak at the knees!!This place is one of a kind. Be prepared to have great conversation with the owner!
