Very disappointing. We had searched for a great place to have some drinks and apps with outside seating. This seemed like the perfect choice. Wrong! The young man who seated us was very polite, gave us menus and that was it. We sat there for at least 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that we were there. Several waiters walked by and other people came in and were waited on. We left!!
My husband and I had an amazing dinner at the grill smith in New Tampa, our waiter Tyler, AWESOME young man as well as a fantastic waiter. He knowledge of the food, menu and wines were comforting and made our first time at the restaurant a place we would come back to time and time again. We immediately told our children they should give it a try. The manager was extremely personable and welcomed us to the GrillSmith for the 1st time. I would recommend the pork tenderloin, crab cakes and my husband enjoyed the pork chops. Thank you we will be experiencing your awesome ambiance again very soon.
Worthy chain experience that is on the list with Carrabbas as one of the few chains we will actually seek to eat in vs. running away.Love to sit at the bar and enjoy some great cocktails and beer, both well above average in selection and delivery along with some good food.Great happy hour here too and from apps, small plates to full meals there has been good consistency and we leave satisfied and willing to return again and again.Solid food in sandwiches, great apps, even had a good steak here.Service has always been pretty solid with no major shortcomings to report. Love the bar vibe and sitting there to eat and drink.
