Loved the Service!. I will admit this IHOP location was previously very bad. The food was cold several times and the hostess was horrible, The server I had JP was so rude! I stopped going there for several months. I walked in for hopes that something had been done, because this IHOP is very near my location. And I was so pleased! as soon as I walked in the Hostess Victoria was amazing, very friendly and welcoming, The new manager was very Polite and Smiling. And my server was great! Her name was Andy, I recommend you folks to her, fast precise accurate I loved her. So I definitely recommend you guys to come by as well, weekends are a little busy so there can be a 20 minute wait but it will be worth it.
This IHOP has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk person was actively rude to several members of our party. We waited for over 15 minutes without anyone even taking our drink order. Even the person who I assume was the manager, was incredibly rude while seating us. We’re not coming back.
Bad experience, good response.. Let’s just say I had a bad experience with the staff and the food on a recent visit. I was very pleased that the owner of this location actually looked into the problem going so far as to review the tapes. I appreciate that he seemed genuinely concerned and contacted me regarding the situation after I emailed the corporate office.
Good food, but barely any served.. I like the food, but the price to portion is unbelievably terrible. I had a breakfast sandwich, 1 slice of ham, looked like … idk, the whole sandwich was not even half an inch high for $8 with barely any fries. This location used to not do this, but it has been lately, but there must have been a huge cut back. The servers are amazing though! Quick, friendly, etc. I just dont think I will be back since it seems they changed it to make small, and I mean small portions for their prices.
YUM!. I have never been disappointed by this IHOP, panckaes are amazing and service is friendly!
