Visiting from another state.. Great food! Didint appreciate the fact that our children weren’t allowed in the resteraunt, due to the fact no kid policy. What is wrong with this Italian place. Italy is all about family. There weren’t even any other people in the place the whole time we were there. They made us go outside and eat, the only way we could stay. Not happy!!
Customer. The food and atmosphere are both outstanding BUT the owner should not interact with his customers. He is extremely rude and acts like the customer is doing him a favor!
Best Italian food in Tampa. Casa Della Pasta is the best Italian food in Tampa, with authentic recipes, homemade pasta and excellent customer service. The Italian owner truly knows quality, and no other restaurant can touch his dishes. Whether you are looking for a special night out or just a weekday lunch, you’ve got to try this gem. From the homemade pastas with princess sauce to the daily specials with stuffed meats or lasagnas, casual diners and food snobs alike will love this place!!
Italian Restaurants should know how to cook pasta and risotto!!. First time here and we were the only ones in the place at 7 pm on a Monday night. You would think that being an Italian and a Pasta place, they could those two things right—the Special Pork Shank was well prepared and good but served over OVERCOOKED Risotto…dry. My husband ordered a pasta dish and the pasta was UNDERCOOKED by about 2 minutes…and we like Al dente pasta…The bread was cold and the dipping oil was way too spicy for an starter to the meal…dulls the taste buds. The house salad was good, nothing to order again, but very fresh. I would cut them some slack if the place was mobbed and we were there on Valentines day but WE WERE THERE ONLY CUSTOMERS THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE!!!…I won’t go back because the the prices are too high for poorly cooked food.
Great food! Great service!. I loved the food ! It tasted so fresh and amazing! Some of the greatest authentic Italian food! Fresh home made pasta! Like my non existent Italian grandma made it! The decor is lovely my girlfriend and I had a blast very, romantic atmosphere! I loved the people all the servers are where nice and friendly ! And I read a lot of the reviews complaining about kids and I disagree with all of them! Owning a restuarant is a very hard thing to do! This restaurant is made for couples not kids .. You want chuck e cheese ? Then go to chuck e cheese and eat their pizza! You want good food authentic and fresh go to this place! The owners will take care of the customers who care about quality! The service is second to none and I will be returning!
Awesome Italian Food!. I have never really enjoyed eating Italian food until I came to La Casa Della Pasta. All of the food is made fresh and you can really tell the difference! My favorite dish is the Risotto Carbonara. The deserts are wonderful as well! The owners and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you want real authentic Italian food, than this is the place for you.
DONT LIKE KIDS. I went there, I’m Great Grandma, party of 6 with my Great Grandaughter. The waitress came to me and said noooo KIDS AlLOWED!! My Grandaughter asked to talk to the manager….. He said NO KiIDS ALLOWED IN HIS RESTRAUNT….. We sat outside and asked for another waitress. He came out and told us if we don’t like that waitress get the F out of here… He through us out swearing at us!!
