ROACHES!!!! A German roach (the worst kind, that lives off of trash) crawled across our table while we were eating and we advised the waiter who told us she would offer us 10% off for our next visit….. Excuse me?! I advised that we are never coming back and that we would not pay for our meals (we literally had just sat down and had a few bites). She advised that her boss said they will not comp our meals since they didn’t see the roach. Are you kidding me??! I didn’t know it was my duty to wrangle your German roaches and show them to you, when I’m confidenty that you are well aware they are there! Upon leaving, we noticed a ton of spider webs as well. To top it off, the food was COLD. Cold lo mein and string beans. BLEH!!!!!!! Get this dirty place out of our neighborhood! I’m reporting to Dirty Dining!!
Worst experience at a hibachi. It was our first time here and last!! We went to pick out what we wanted for the grill and while some of us were picking out our stuff to be grilled my sister was getting her food cooked as the cook dripped blood from a slice on his finger into her cooking food!!!! Luckily we noticed and brought it to his attention and he proceeded to take the bloody noodle out of the cooking food like no big deal and continued cooking it like anyone would want to eat that!!!!! We told him he should be wearing gloves and as he walked away to get gloves we noticed a bloody napkins sitting half on the grill, then came back with gloves on and continued to cook the food and asked us if we wanted the food. Did not clean the cookware,grill or get fresh food and said f**k you when we said no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE DO NOT EAT HERE WOULD HATE TO SEE WHAT GOES ON IN THE KITCHEN.
It’s 10$ a person buffet style, service is great you’ll never have an empty cup. However there are definitely some items on the buffet you should avoid. Foods that should be kept hot are not, and the food just lacks overall.
