Not worth it. The food first of all is not worth the time because it is not the best spanish food, especially with all the choices in Tampa for Cuban restaurants. I am upset more so because I called to order to go food with a coupon I found on restaurant.com and the owner Eduardo Perez says I cannot use it for take-out. Unfortunately, I picked this place because it was the only one on there that did not say DINE IN ONLY, like the others. After discussing this with him, he would not budge and said he has been dealing with this problem and has not got it fixed. I voiced my concern that if he owns the restaurant it might be in his best interest to work WITH the customer since it has already been purchased and he refused. My apologies to you and your restaurant Edaurdo, but this is unacceptable and you have now lost my business and about 15 other people that were going to enjoy your food this evening. Good luck.

Any time you walk in the door they act like you are inconveniencing them. I will say that the coffee is very good though.
Rat Infested – Stay Away!. I ate there the other day and saw something run in a darker area of the restuarant. I then looked up Papitos and found this recent article about rats and food not being stored at the right temperature. Below is the link for you to read and view from ABC action news in Tampa. Great food. Have wanted to stop for a while, I live in Holiday and go to visit my family in assisted living…..my husband and I stopped today early around 4:15…had the place to ourselves…..the food was outstanding….the pork was great and the black bean and yellow rice was super….will stop many more time…..please get the catering menues in///// toni
