Great Cheesesteaks. So far, I have visited this place twice for a cheesesteak and on both occasions, they were really good. If you ask for hot cherry peppers, ask for them on the side. They overloaded my steak with them the last time. Overall, great quality, taste, and worth the money. You cannot go wrong if they are using Amaroso bread. I am from Baltimore and know a great Philly sub. They make a good one.
Decent philly sandwich, many others around Tampa better. Believe it or not Publix on Bruce B Down and Cross Creek makes an outstanding philly. Oakley’s Grille also makes an outstanding philly. Won’t be going out of my way to return.
Bad smell. When we entered the shop there was a horrible sewer smell. I wanted to leave but DH wanted to have his cheesesteak. They turned the A/C on and the smell was reduced a bit, so we stayed. The cheesesteaks were large but not very well seasoned. The kids got cheeseburgers which were nice and inexpensive. I went home and had horrible acid reflux afterwards. I may try them again, but will get something different to eat.
