Five stars–my family loves this place. The summer rolls are always fresh and the pho is outstanding. Try the oxtail pho–the best! My son also loves their edemame. We go probably once a week.

Nice place and good food. We found this Simply Pho by accident as we cruised along Dale Mabry looking for food and missed a turn. It was a good mistake. My selection was their Grilled Beef Rice Platter, my dining companions both went with Pho. My beef was plentiful and flavorful. The Phos looked particularly good and I understand were also quite good to eat.They have only been open for about 6 weeks. Our server was very nice as she answered our questions and it did not take long for our food to arrive. I really liked the place, it had a modern look with very pleasant (for me) background music. I also liked the prices. We assumed because it looked so professionally decorated it was part of a chain, but not so. This is a family run restaurant and we wish them much success.
Okay, but not Great. I kinda have mixed feelings about this one, as the food was good but not awesome. We both ordered the Pho and on the menu they have regular and large, I looked at a table across from us and saw their size Pho bowl and thought that must be the large…WRONG! That was the regular… so a word of advice, if you’re with someone, share unless you have a huge appetite and plan on eating all of it there. Not knowing, we didn’t share so took more than half of each bowl home with us, which turned out to be a waste as it did not warm up good at all. There was a really weird smell the to broth that made me not want to eat it. Brian said the same thing about his when he tried to warm his up. BUT, when we were eating it fresh there, it was really good. Fresh crisp ingredients. We also ordered the chicken fried rice, not knowing the size of the Pho that would come out, so we took all of that home as well. I will give this place another try for the other menu items and unless I am sharing the Pho, I won’t order it again based on the size and the amount that went to waste.
