This place will ruin your special day. Awful. After ordering a cake 2 weeks in advance, I went to pick it up and it wasn’t what I ordered. They were unable to fix it by the time we needed it. The employee there was insensitive and obviously didn’t care. When we contacted the owner he was a pompous jerk that actually yelled at us and tried to blame their errors on us even though we had the order receipt. While we did get a refund after 3 months, it took a lot of trouble and time. There are much better places out there.
30th Birthday Cake for my best friend. I wanted a special cake for my best friend’s thirtieth birthday that was designed specifically for her. They did such an amazing job I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everyone who attended the party thought the cake tasted delicious and looked so beautiful. I really appreciated how friendly the staff was and the customer service they provided. I am more than satisfied I am impressed I will definitely go back for any future special occasions.
Ybor Location. I don’t have the pleasure of living anywhere near Carrollwood but, thank my lucky stars there’s a small location next to Gaspar’s in Ybor. The cupcakes at Sweet Tweets are divine and I take my friend’s with me every time I’m around the area. We all agree, there’s nothing better.
This place is fantastic!!! The customer service is great, and the cupcakes are the best. My favorite is the Guvaya
Carrollwood Gem!. I’d be in trouble if this place were any closer to where I lived… the cupcakes are delicious! I talked my husband into stopping in so we could get four cupcakes to try and I’m so glad I did. The Pina Colada was delicious as were the others we took home. So want to get a whole bunch to serve at my next birthday party instead of cake. Don’t miss this spot!
Scott and Leticia are the BEST!!! Not only are Scott’s cupcakes DE-LISH but Leticia is an amazing artist/decorator. Best if all…they are great people to work with. They worked after hours to complete my cupcakes for work…even delivered them to my job!!! Awesome!!! Highly recommend Sweet Tweets to everyone 🙂
