I’ll keep this short. My wife and I have moved from California and we both have very very high standards for sushi. This place is the only place in Tampa so far that has tasted as good as our favorite sushi places out west. The fish is extremely fresh, the flavors are well done, and the rice (something that is often overlooked as being a critical element) was cooked to perfection-soft and sticky. Would absolutely recommend this place above the other top 5 rated sushi places in the carrollwood area.
A small unassuming restaurant located in the strip mall in Carrollwood. Tuna Tataki was fresh and delicious as well as the sushi. The eel, super volcano roll, and the other rolls were great! I would go back again!

Some of the best sushi I have ever had! You walk into a traditional sushi bar and order the regular fills or some of the specialty rolls. I highly recommend the Mexican deluxe roll. Along with the salmon Rangoon roll. Order a couple more common rolls as the spicy crunchy tuna roll or the any of the other fish rolls named after places in Florida and you will have just the right amount of food for a family of 3. The best part of this disgusting bar was the price, ever roll is priced between 5 and 12 dollars. Not bad for an authentic sushi bar.
