Scrumptious is the word.I’ve tried many grills across the U.S.A this one is the best yet! Homemade gravy! Not many do this anymore as most restaurants use canned…yucky. Home made food. Can’t beat it!!!
Avoid Like the Plague. 3rd rate place. Small flat screen tvs, dirty, medicore food. The service was ok, but didnt make up for the other shortcomings. Had a rundown, yesterday, neglected feel. There are a 100 better sports bars in the area.
Great burgers! So on Wednesdays, ALL of their burgers with one side are $6! I got the Bull burger, minus bbq sauce, add teriyaki and medium well. It was prefect (except I didn’t know there are onions on the bull burger so I forgot to tell them to skip the onions)…anyway, it was an excellent burger. It was really big and I didn’t think I was that hungry, but I did eat all of it b/c it was so good. Skip the coleslaw…lacked real flavor and was overpowered by chives.
Great Lunch Time Spot. We decided to go here for lunch, great service and even better food. The burgers were amazing and the jerk chicken salad was great. Food came out very quick and it all tasted very fresh. For the price you would expect lessm but at winners its a nice change from the normal bar food. We will be back….
We are regulars at this place. Their Buffalo Birdie sandwich is unmatched anywhere; hot, tasty and juicy. A comfy place for family dinners.
Great chopped steak!. My favorite at Winner’s is the chopped steak plate. Fully a pound of fresh hamburger, cooked as rare as one could wish, covered with onions, mushrooms and a tasty rich brown gravy. Most restaurants insist on overcooking ground beef, perhaps because there is no confidence that the meat is fresh. For whatever reason, insofar as the chopped steak in concerned, Winner’s is a winner.
Nice casual place for good food. We found this place completely by accident and boy are we glad we did! Food here is cooked to order and very good. Try the sumo wings if you dare, they’re just like we like them, hot hot hot (not Florida hot) If you’re lucky enough to get there when they have their cream of chicken soup on special it’s not to be missed. Their chicken sandwiches are grilled (really) and are so tasty. Plenty of food for little money and a full bar, what else do you need?
