Ambience, service, cooking were all tops. I took Mrs Foodman out for a late dinner and we pleasantly surprised to get the last table for the evening. No Open Table so you have to call. Truffle oil wafted through the dining area. The wine is deep and very reasonably priced. All of you French favorites are on the menu and makes choosing quite difficult. I went quasi lite and had mushroom bisque with truffle oil and moules frites accompanied by a crisp, and properly chilled, white Bourgogne. Mrs had a salad and a tasty lobster ravioli pillow. There was an outside area too which I aim to enjoy on my next visit.
We had reservations for 6:45 with our friends and the noise level was so intense that we had to shout practically to under stand each other. The waitress was also not observant, we had to ask several times for water. She also asked twice whether our friend would like to be served there main entree at the same time with our salad. How strange!!!It’s not worth it for the rather high priced menu.We will not return.
