Food -Ok/Setting delightful/Waitstaff – Superb/Saturday manager – sociopath ego trip – they should keep her away from the clientele. For lunch I had the chicken pear salad for $17.50. So so. My husband had the short ribs which was suppose to be their speciality – eh just edible well not really so fat laden meat and sauce only ate a couple of bites. I know short ribs are fatty but usually less than 50% and the sauce was fatty too.
Campiello Ristorante & Bar is a wonderful restaurant in the older part of historic Naples. Atmosphere is here like you would not believe. Service was good, and if you want to dine on a weekend evening, be sure to have a reservation. This restaurant is popular.For a starter, I chose the Caesar Salad. This is pretty much a standard offering, but this one had some semolina croutons. While OK, I prefer the regular crunchy croutons. The dressing was very tasty.My entree was Tuscan wood-grilled chicken. It came with with sauted escarole (fancy curly lettuce) and rosemary potatoes. The chicken was excellent, the potatoes flavorful, but maybe I am not used to real garlic or something, but that was a bit too strong for my taste buds. Overall, this is an exceptional dish, and one I can suggest to others. Also, the sorbetti for dessert is a must.

Lovely courtyard. Lunched here recently — wonderfully serene courtyard set the tone for a relaxed and pleasant meal with friends. Really enjoyed the Imported Italian Speck wood-fired pizza! Generous portion — plenty to share.
Excellent Atmosphere. Be sure to make a reservation, this place books up fast. We loved every part of our meal. The service was great and food terrific. Started with the Calamari appetizer which had the right about of zing to it. Entrees included the Spit Roasted Chicken, Short Ribs and the Florida Snapper. All were very delicious and generously portioned. Would definitely recommend a table outside, best spot in Naples to people watch. Will definitely return in the future.
Beautiful Outdoor Dining. We come here every time we’re in Florida, because of the lovely atmosphere outdoors. Food is usually very nice, and we especially like the fresh pappardelle when they have rabbit or lamb with it. Last night we had duck legs that were tough and flavorless, terrible really, so will never get duck there again. Still, most often the food is great, so we’ll be back.
