Quiet. I’ve been here the past 2 days for happy hour and I don’t get where people think the service is rude. maybe because it was quiet and I was nearly the only other person in the bar the whole time, but the bartender was friendly, made conversation, made sure to ask me if I wanted a refill when I got low. He was very nice. he takes his time to pour a guinness right. I don’t know what it looks like busy, but quiet it was very nice and relaxing.

Horrible service! The worst service I ever had in my life, he never asked to refill our drinks, he never checked on us! He got one order wrong, the tables are not comfortable, Do Not come here
Fun,Fun Fun. Went there for a friends birthday party. Everybody had a blast. Music was awesome. They had the coolest jukebox I have ever seen that you can download an App and play from your phone. Bartenders were great and made the Birthday girl feel very special. One of the owners bought us a round of shots and the DJ got us on stage to sing happy birthday to our friend.Saw some of the negative reviews and couldn`t disagree more. This place was fun fun fun.
Horrible service!. Other reviews say the staff is rude – that is beyond true. I still can’t believe the experience we had – we went to celebrate a girl friend’s birthday. We literally spent all night there. When we arrived separately, no one said anything to use that we could not have separate cards for paying the tab later. At the end of our evening, it took us 45 minutes to pay!! We were told by our server if we asked to use more than two cards we would be yelled at. And some cranky lady came over to our table and completely started yelling at us. She swore at us and was completely, completely inappropriate – all we wanted to do was pay our tab!!! I still can not believe it. Oh, and I did not find out until we got the bill that they were serving me a more expensive liquor than I had asked for!!!!! Unbelievable. There are so many other options in downtown Naples, there’s no reason to go here. It’s a shame and embarrassment to an Irish pub – I’ve never been to such a crappy pub in Ireland, U.S. or anywhere else in the world. My boyfriend from Ireland is embarrassed by this place, to say the least.
Drinks not that great-beer not cold. Has Mexican food on menu. Cash-only facility.
