Pappardelle Ragu was great!
Worked here for a year and a half or so, the food is amazing and no better Italian in Naples. Yes it’s pricey but yes it’s Naples! If your looking for cheap then 5th ave south is not for you!

Italian at it’s Best!. Pazzo Italian Cafe is my favorite restaurant in Naples, Florida. It’s located on 5th Avenue in Olde Naples. The atmosphere is wonderful. You can dine outside or inside. We always prefer to dine outside as the weather is usually beautiful and it’s very fun to people watch on 5th. One of my favorite things at Pazzo is the fresh, warm bread with dipping oil. I have to hold myself back to save room for my entree. Every entree I’ve tried has been absolutely outstanding. I usually don’t have room left for dessert, but I’m sure they’re delicious as well. They offer early bird specials which are a great deal if you don’t mind eating early. Although the prices are quite moderate for 5th Avenue, so it’s really not an issue. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for great italian food.
Such fun. Loved this place. Went with a group for a good time and a long time. We were allowed to enjoy the evening at a leisurely pace. The service was very good and our meals were uniformly enjoyed. Great night out.
We Love Pazzo. We love the atmosphere, great service and food. THe fact that they are gluten free friendly is a HUGE plus. We never have to worry about what we order because we know that they understand.
Best service ever!. Not only was the food delicious but the staff treated us like we were the only customers in a 5 star restaurant. We were there with my 11 year old son who has autism and we recently started a gluten free diet. The staff was very sensitive to our needs and we will definitely be back!
