This reminded me of a Hooters and long John silver’s combined. Had conch bites app which were small but nice. Oysters were…okay. I’ve had a lot of oysters and 5 of the 6 of these just seemed to be full of grit. The grilled mahi mahi was plain but some salt and lemon helped that. Boom boom shrimp was up to par. The grouper was blackened well and some lemon really helped it of course. My biggest complaint were the open doors and mosquitos, but it’s South Florida… What was I expecting.
Great location on pier, great food Claws in butter sauce, Conch fritters, claim cheesy dip, 1 for 2 margaritas happy hour very great tasting food. Was recommended by another tourists/timeshare owner. & i saw her & was able to thank her.
If you want production seafood, go here. They like to mask the lower quality seafood with spices and salt to mask the lack of flavor. If you want good seafood at the same price point, go to Fish Crazy north of here on 41 – they’ve got their own fish market on site and produce some high quality, fresh dishes.
