Great seafood! The calamari is wonderful and the service could not have been better. We will return many times.
Very Good!. Although the location is not scenic, and the parking is very limited, this place has great tasting seafood. For my entree, I had a special of fried shrimp and scallops with sides of creamed spinach and potato salad. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Those with me were very happy with their grilled and blackened red snapper. The blackened snapper was a bit on the spicy side but I liked it that way. Service was good. Overall, I recommend it highly and would definitely return.
Swan River has the freshest sea food in Naples. Their calamari is hands down the best I have had and is something I order anywhere I go to try different varieties. They have recently expanded and added a really cool bar. Very north east feel. I’d recommend this to any friends or family that are in the area
Hostess could use some training in civility.
Not impressed!!!!. We dined at Swan River Seafoods on a Monday evening. It was basically empty except for a few customers dining at the bar, a lone table outside and one more occupied table inside. It has a real Cape Coddish feel and not a place to go for a romantic dinner. My husband ordered the steamers for $14.99 and he thought they were fresh, okay for basic steamers, he also ordered the lobster roll which was at a supposed market price of $21.99 and then charged $27.99!!!! The lobster roll came with a choice of 2 sides and did have a generous portion of lobster meat on a grilled roll. I ordered mahi-mahi blackened in lemon basil oil, which I found to be bland and tasteless and very disappointing, terrible presentation with a little saucer of soggy spinach and a baked sweet potato served without butter!!! The server was rude, rushed and not pleasant at all, never refilled my water, however she had time to talk to a table of regulars next to us.Not one of Naples best, that’s for sure! If you like plain, boring New England seafood, this may be the place for you, it was definitely not for me!!!!!
Great!
