The staff of the Naples Princess suggested we try this place after our sunset cruise. Saturday night at 9:00 and it was closed. There were 6 of us and at least another 6 walking up to the door. The sign said they were open til ? I guess that means until whenever they feel like closing.
Great location terrible food!. I have been to this place a few times to watch games and the food is absolutely terrible. The wings are dry and the sauces are bland. Your hamburger come without any fries, they are sold a la carte…an extra two bucks for 10 fries..please! The place needs a good cleaning, the bathroom smells funny..like the food!
Nice spot to eat on the water. Enjoyed my salad. Menu is on the smaller side but just what you need for lunch on the water.
Great atmosphere. But food is pricey for what you are getting. Had the chicken margarita panini and they were very scant on mozzerella and basil. Intriguing burgers.

RIPOFF!!!. They charged me $20 for a mudslide. When I complained, the bartender got argumentative. When I tried to contact management, they ignored me. This place is not a good business and probably won’t be there for long. DO NOT GO TO TAVERN ON THE BAY!Roy’s, a fine dining restaurant next door, gave me my mudslide for $8.50 with twice as much liquor, a friendly smile, and no flack. Don’t bother with Tavern On the Bay. Go to Roy’s instead.
Sons birthday gift. Myself and my wifes birthdays are this week and our son asked us where we would like to go. Answer was back to the Tavern on the Bay. One of our favorite places, being long time Naples residents, for good food and a great friendly atmosphere. Forgot to mention, the prices are right for a nice clean waterfront restaurant.
