Great banana cream cheesecake. Service has been so so both times I’ve gone.
Very delicious. No big surprise from reading other reviews that people are upset about the low lighting and not serving whole foods. Clearly their expectations won’t be met anywhere. The cheesecake factory serves a Huge menu. All of it is cooked to order and ingredients can be added or subtracted from any meal to fit the diners request. So what’s not to love? Nothing. The desserts are simply amazing and the menu is so large that it is impossible to not find something you like. If ever in the area please stop and try cheesecake factory you won’t be let down.
Bad Service for First Timers. Maybe our experience was a fluke but it was not a pleasant one. My family & I have never been to Cheesecake, so I convinced them that this would be a great place for dinner. Our server, though friendly, just made the entire experience a horrible one. First, he had my order incorrect. When I got it, I’m like I’m sorry this has sauage, and I cannot eat sausage (I ordered the New Orleans Shrimp). He said, no it’s just looks like sausage but he personally made sure there was none. So I ate it, and sure enough I taste it and spit it right back out. It was definitely meat. The entire time he kept passing by and saw me picking out the meat, but did not offer to redo my order. Not only that, but I think he was embarassed of his error so he did not refill our drinks at least once. When he asked how everything was at the end (because he barely came by to check on us), my mom had stated that I did not enjoy my meal, but he totally ignored her comment. It just totally left a bitter taste in my mouth after looking forward to trying this place. Again, I’ve heard amazing things about the brand, and the reviews seem to be good about this particular property, and this might have been a fluke, but it was just an AWFUL first time experience.
If you haven’t been to the cheesecake factory, allocate some additional time to navigate the extensive menu. While I recommend dining at a cheesecake factory operation, I do not recommend this particular location.
Any kind of food you want and its all delicious! Even low cal stuff. And obviously cheesecake. Mmmmm
