Truluck’s is an exceptional restaurant. I like that they have sustainable ingredients. You know, save the planet and everything. Hey, I do my part.Service is excellent. Everything is spiffy. Dining here is not that stuffy in comparison. I am more into casual dining, but Truluck’s fits the bill if it is a special event. Be forewarned that dining here is somewhat pricey.Appetizer: Get the salt and pepper calamari for something different. You get stir fried vegetables with spicy mustard and Vietnamese sweet chili sauce. Very good.Entree: I chose the sesame-seared Hawaii’an Ahi Tuna which was served with Parmesan mashed potatoes and a Tamari wine sauce. Quite good.The wine menu is extensive. I had the Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc, which was good. Note: One glass of wine here is actually more than the whole bottle costs at ABC. Just saying.
