Our food truck is a bit different than your typical food truck. I touch and feel every single avocado, Roma tomato, ear of corn, you name it. Every cut of meat is inspected by me personally. Our bread is homemade, as well as our sausages. I know every single bite of food that is going into each and every customers dish. This sounds a bit intimate, and it is. Some call themselves a scratch kitchen. Well then we would color ourselves an extreme scratch kitchen. The best quality food in Naples is our goal. Taste for yourself.
