Great Experience!!!. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The service was AWESOME and the food was excellent. The picatta had a fresh lemon flavor that was surprising yet extremly delightful. The carrot cake was a different taste thN I am use to but again burst of surprising flavor. Oh and if you don’t get the bruschetta you will have missed tasting the best bruschetta I have ever tasted!!!!
Great little discovery. I have lived in Fernandina for several years and seldom go off island to eat. Tonight I wanted Italian and there weren’t too many good choices on the island. My husband and I decided to give this place a try and were so glad that we did. The Italian was terrific and the service so friendly! We’ll try one of the non-Italian dishes next time as everything on the menu looked so good. Prices are very reasonable for high quality food and very nice portions.The reviews I read before I went were right on target.
Great all around. My husband have been there twice. I am impressed with the food…not a big pasta person but dishes I had there have been superb. We plan to be regulars here. Small, attentive staff, outstanding fresh food.
One of our favorites. The food is always great. Nice ambiance although in a strip mall. Quiet and we can talk without yelling over loud music. We don’t go often enough and hope they keep in business because they really are great.
Excellent meal and service, great value
Living in the area I’ve had the opportunity to eat here several times, and always leave very impressed with just about every aspect of this fine restaurant. Good, tasty food served in generous portions by a fun, attentive staff. Primarily Italian, but a lot of tasty ‘twists’ to their versions, you just can’t go wrong with ordering anything from the menu, or their list of creative nightly specials. The price is right as well. Oh, and be sure to leave room for the tasty desserts made on the premises!
Fabulous!. While visiting our nephew and his wife they raved about Bistro and they were right. We just got back from Italy and had nothing there that was better that the dish we had here. Three of us had the special mussels , scallop and shrimp pasta with either red or white sauce and all were perfect. Rich and creamy with the very appreciated shrimp tail removed. Generous glasses of wine and great unobtrusive service. A visit from the very personable owner was appreciated so we could rave about the food. Would be here all the time if I lived here. Make the effort to fine it. You won’t be disappointed.
