While the quality of food here is just okay, the portions are small and the service is lacking. We were expecting a bit more from a waterfront establishment but left unimpressed and a little hungry.
Good food, but service is lacking.. Went to The Galley at the recommendation of a friend….We sat at the bar and at first had good service from the young man that waited on us, but when the shift changed around 5:30 or so, a young woman with short hair was more concerned with texting and talking with the kitchen staff then waiting on us….Our original waiter took our food order, but was busy waiting on tables on the outside deck, so we were stuck trying to get the attention of the young woman to place more drink orders. After hearing her talk for 15 minutes in the kitchen about her weekend plans, we decided to go elsewhere….too bad because this place could be so good.
