  I had the Everything Bagel with their Garden Veggie cream cheese. The bagel was seasoned well and fresh, but adding sliced carrots and green peppers to plain cream cheese does not qualify as a Garden Veggie cream cheese. My friend had Ham, Egg, and Cheese on an Everything Bagel and it had an odd taste to it. He couldn’t tell if the odd taste came from the Ham, Egg, or the non-descript cheese with no taste.

  Good Bagels !. I went this morning about 9am and the place was packed ! Although they were really busy, they treated me great and I got 4 nice bagels. I don’t know what all the reviewers are whining about. Give them a try.

  I want to start off by saying that I have never left a negative review in my life; however, this place was beyond awful to me and my friends, and do not deserve any kindness from me. Let’s begin with the fact that at 10am, Bagel World did not have any bagels. As disappointing as this was, my friends and myself still decided to eat there and give them our business. Now Bagel World is cash only, something most of our party was not ready for because it’s, you know, 2014. Anyways, half of our group went to walgreens to get cash, the other half of us order and waited for them to return. While we waited, we were yelled at for taking up table, snapped at several times, and given dirty looks by the women who worked there. There was no one else in the restaurant and there were still 4 tables available. Now, my friends who went to cash finally came back and ordered. They had purchased drinks from walgreens in order to get cash back. Most of the people left their drinks outside but one person brought her drink inside with her. It was unopened and she was not drinking it, however, she was snapped at by one of the employees that she could not have an outside beverage. She gracefully apologized and took her drink outside along with the other drinks that were in the bag. The woman then went outside and threw her drink away. A deliberate action which set us over the edge. I have never been to a restaurant which I was treated with such indecency and their behavior was appalling. We were not loud, we were not rambunctious, and we were not rude; we did nothing to merit the the indecency we received from these women. We were polite and received nothing but disrespect. These people are awful and although the food here was fine, it was not worth it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I warn everyone to not waste your time or energy on terrible people who clearly do not want your service. Between our group we had to have spent about $50, and I wish we hadn’t have.

  Mismanaged fiasco of bagels. We have eaten here many times since they are the only game in town it forces your hand if you want a bagel. When they get your order right it’s fine. The problem I have is they are so unorganized it is amazing to me they are still in operation. They never have just one person on the phones dealing with phone in orders, they put you on hd forever if they do answer the phone and most mornings the phone line is just plain busy because its been left on the counter. Cash only? Really? Bring it or bail. It’s 9 am they didn’t plan ahead and are completely out of bagels. What business does this?

  Walked in at 1035am. There were 4 cinnamon raisin and 2 cranapple bagels. Didn’t bother to stay and try the food.

  Coffee was not good, no sweeteners other than sugar, creamers were the convenience store style cups, bagels were too doughy.
