Great Dining Experience. We came here when another beachside restaurant was full. The food was great. Our table had cheeseburgers, the Mahi wrap and the grilled chicken cesar wrap. The atmosphere is beachy and relaxing and the cocktails are unique. We had a great time.
Albaby. Very poor service, it used to be good, but something has changed.-45 minutes wait time after order was placed. the philly steak sandwich was good last year, but not when i was there last week. (very skimpy with ingredients). we won’t go back until we hear of improvements.
Terrible Service, Horrible Staff. The food wasn’t bad but the service was beyond awful. Our waitress walked out in the middle of our meal and we were never informed and had to go ask for water and our checks from another staff member. Then when we asked for the manager the head server/floor manager Jeff insulted us, told our group that we had a new waiter and proceeded to leave at which point I asked again to see the manager. When he returned he said that he already told us we had a new waiter after insulting us again, that he decided that the restaurant Manager didn’t think that this was important and that he would give us a small discount. We accepted and paid only to get the wrong change back. Terrible service, mediocre food, and awful atmosphere, would not recommend.
Service is very slow. Food for the price is not good, we ordered paella it was terrible and Philly cheese steak don’t taste good. Never go back again. U need a better chef.
Horrible service everyone rude. Worst service ever!!!!!! We walked in to pick up a Togo order I asked the hostess where do I pick up a takeout order and she said you need to ask bartender….. As she is doing nothing and the bartender is slammed so we stand there for another 30 mins waiting on our takeout order I ask her again where can I get the takeout order she points to the bartender…. I finally said can you go do something and get it she rolled her eyes and walked away!!!! Not a friendly place what a joke!
Great food, fun atmosphere, & pleasant service. I love everything about Barracudas Bar and Grille! The atmosphere is great and definitely captures the local feel of New Smyrna Beach. The entire staff (including owners and managers) are extremely personable and friendly. The food is good, and I recommend the buffalo shrimp wrap-SPICY but sooo good. Will go over and over again.
Crab cake wasn’t lump crab and it was overcooked. The drinks were pricey, nice bartender and the flat bread was okay. Would go again.
