While on vacation my husband was wanting a steak dinner. We arrived round 7pm on a Thursday night. Blackbeard’s offers complimentary valet, which was nice. There was no wait and were immediately seated at a booth. The restaurant was fairly full and the tables were a little close together. Our waitress quickly brought us a bucket of really good rolls, cinnamon rolls with real butter and got our drinks for us. My husband and I both ordered the New York Strip $25.95 for a 14 ounce steak, salad bar and side. The salad bar was not extensive, kind of old school, but very good. The steak was delicious and huge! My husband got fries for his side dish and I got the baked potato. Usually I consider both of these as throw away items, but my potato was hot and freshly baked. My husband’s fries were also crispy a freshly cooked. Very enjoyable meal.
