  I came here for a birthday party. My Cuban sandwich was pretty good, but the collard greens were swimming in vinegar so much that I couldn’t finish them without making a pucker face. At least 2 people (one of them a bartender) returned their drinks because they were just god awful. I had my first moscow mule here, and it was delicious. Honestly, I would not return to this restaurant unless my meal was paid for by someone else.

  Beautiful place, inside and out. I had the Cuban sandwich. It was on the small side but very tasty. I would like to see more side choices. You can get fries or sweet potato chips (which have zero flavor). I’m looking forward to going back.

  Great restaurant! Was seated right away on a Friday night. Had a wonderful waiter who even said he had only been there for 2 weeks (and was a super waiter). The food was delicious and came out fast. Ordered the signature CorkScrew burger which was GREAT. One of the first times I ever had pineapple on a burger – VERY CREATIVE MENU all around. The decor was really interesting too – mix of rustic brick and feel with a very modern clean feel. Would Definitely Recommend!

  As the food is very good here (depending on who is working the kitchen), and the atmosphere is wonderful, I have to give this place a low rating solely based on the Owners, and their staff. Bob and Sharon treat their employees badly. A lot of the original staff that helped open this restaurant and make it what it is today, are gone. I personally do not like dining or shopping in establishments with a reputation of mistreating employees. Take with it what you will.

  Gross. Our waiter was obviously not very experienced. Very nervous and unsure of himself but very nice. I had the stuffed avocado. Presentation was not attractive with skin on the avocado. Curry chicken salad was mediocre at best. Conch fritters were undercooked and mushy. My friend had the canal street salad with huge leaves of kale. I wouldn’t give my pet rabbit such big pieces of a bitter green. Won’t go back. So Napa blows this place out of the water

  I have visited this establishment twice. First time the appetizers were great- guacamole and crabcakes, my scallops entree were tasteless. Second time calamari appetizer came out burnt- blows my mind that the chef/food runner/server allowed this food to leave the kitchen. So gross. Also had guacamole because it was so good the first time. This time is was more like limeamole. My avocado-crazed son wouldn’t touch it. Ordered veggie sandwich- bread was soaked. Check took 15 minutes. Won’t be back.

  Albaby. We liked it a lot for the first six weeks after it opened. But lately the service is unacceptable (40 minute wait from ordering to serving).Very noisy on weekends. The first two times I ordered the ‘Mac & Cheese entree’ (mostly shrimp) it was very very excellent. The last time it contained two small shrimp – truly mac and cheese. Coffee was delivered late without a refill.and desert was delivered in a box, as we were tired of waiting. Great atmosphere and ambience, Previous wait staff was friendly and prompt. Prices are reasonable with an excellent wine selection. We won’t go back until we hear differently.
