  Customer service is horrible. If you want ice cream go somewhere else. Building is nice but don’t let that fool you.Horrible customer service!

  Customer service is the worst. Never will I go back. The customer service here sucks. I support local business, but I can’t support local business when they lack customer service. You are better off going somewhere else. I won’t recomened them to anyone

  Should be called diapers not dippers becuse how they treat customers.. While I like to support local business this is one I go to based of location only. The music is often to loud inside for the number of patrons /customers. The older lady behind the counter never seems to be happy or is not very customer friendly. 3 times I have been there 3 times she has just come off very cold. (Pun intended)Great if you and guest just want to grab something on a walk. Ice cream never has ice on it/ freezer burn. Prices are fair and presentation of shop is always superb. Don’t ask for anything besides as stated on the menu as everytime you will be told no substitutions. From toppings on a sundae or flavor of an ice cream in a SundaeHowever how they respond to customer comments or reviews is less than stellar.

  Awesome 50’s atmosphere. Stopped in on our way into new Smyrna beach & it was busy, but worth the wait. I had a strawberry and banana parfait. Fresh strawberries, no fake canned stuff, Hershey’s ice cream (can taste the quality) highly recommend Dippers in new Smyrna beach florida
