  I called in an order on the phone, using one of their on-line menus. 15 minutes later, I picked up the order. My order was an Egg Foo Young Combo, Steamed dumplings and Spare Ribs. There was only one size ribs offered on this menu. After a 15 minute drive home, I discovered they had screwed up my order. They left out the soup that was supposed to come with the combo platter. But, more importantly, instead of an appetizer rib order with about 10 ribs, it was a rib combo, with 4 ribs and about a pound of fried rice. I called to complain and they said bring it back and they would fix it. I had paid $22.85 for the meal. Off their on-line menu, I figured about $7 for the Egg Foo Young combo, $4.00 for the dumplings and $10 for the ribs, plus tax. It appeared they had charged me for the rib appetizer and just screwed up the order. When they gave me the proper rib order, the guy behind the counter announced that I owed them $4.00. When I tried to explain that I got the prices online, he argued that they weren’t responsible for the online menu and that the prices were different in the take out joint. I tried to argue that I had to take a 30 minute round trip to correct their mistake but he was having none of it. Since I wanted the ribs, I paid the $4.00 and left. Obviously, the customer is never right in this place. Consequently, I will never go back. Anyone who picks up an order there, you better check it. They don’t like complaints……
