I have lived in New Smyrna Beach for two years. We have taken our family to Norwood’s at least a dozen times ( to my regret). Each and every single time there is a problem. First time the pork was raw in the middle. Second time my husband received his meal after our entire table had almost finished. Third and fourth time….I cannot even begin to describe how terrible the staff was. The manager ending up finishing out our meal because apparently the server realized she lacks any and all normal communication skills. Not to mention moved as if she didn’t have a care in the world if our family was paying over $150 in your establishment. Staff was less than helpful any of our times visiting, however it seems the all of your staff including MANAGEMENT would like to give more attitude rather than gratitude when our families are putting money in their pockets. Oh and btw NOT family friendly. Do not think this is some amazing family restaurant. It’s all looks. Go build a tree house somewhere else I don’t waste my money at.
Our 1st visit here and we dined outside, upstairs among the treetops to dine for lunch. We ordered fried pickle spears as appetizer, cheeseburgers, wings with teriyaki sauce French onion soup and the Napa Salad. The burgers were very flavorful and needed no condiments. The French onion soup was very nice with lots of onions. The wings were of ample portion and very tasty. Our Server was Reagan and he was friendly and served us well. Live acoustic solo artist performed throughout lunch and provided nice comfortable entertainment. Love this place. It’s like dining in a treehouse.
