Scratch my review from 6 months ago – whoever the new owner is needs to take a hint because they are running this place into the ground. What used to be a fun, lively seafood restaurant with live music and reggae tunes playing in the background is now a dead, tired 1950’s car wash. The menu has changed, and not for the better, the staff is insanely lazy and doesn’t know how to listen (asked for dressing on the side of my salad, and fianc asked for mayo and honey mustard on side of his sandwich but only got tartar sauce), and the only music they play now is old doowop songs from the 50’s. It’s very sad to see this place change because we used to be so excited to drive 30 minutes to eat here and used to rave about it to all our friends and family….not anymore. I really hope the owners or employees read these reviews and realize what they’re doing, or better yet, what they’re not doing.24 Apr, 2013Worth Every Penny!!!. I live about 30 minutes away from PJ’s, and would gladly drive 2 hours to come eat here. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for years, and eat pretty much the same thing every time we come. This place has the most amazing spinach artichoke dip, made with fresh baked chips and goat cheese! Their cusabi tuna salad is to die for, and my boyfriend can’t get enough of their mahi sandwich! Everything is very fresh, the atmosphere is fun and laid back, and everyone that works there is great! The only bad thing I could say is that most of the time there is no one standing at the host stand so it takes a minute for someone to get us seated, but other than that everything about this place is great!!!
Not often is it that I don’t have something good to say about a place but I have no good comments for PJs. It took a good five minutes for the hostess to even show up with an attitude to boot. It took another ten minutes for our waitress to show up and it took forever to get our food. Will not be headed back there any time soon
Very horrible service. Waited an hour+ for 2 soups, burger, pizza and peel and eat shrimp. Waiter was rude, never refilled drinks and did not check on us after we ordered the food. Took another 20 minutes to talk to a manager. Not how customer service should be handled. Food is gross and overpriced, service was terrible. Would never recommend to go!

The worst pizza I’ve had!. I must say I didn’t happen upon this place by choice, I would have never ordered prom this place to start with, but having left the choice to a friend this is what was to come. For starters we arrive to pick up our order and the pizza is literally burnt, someone took a burnt pizza from the over, placed it in a pizza box, looked at it as they closed it and tried to give it to us, so we asked them to remake it and they rudely agreed to. So then we get our pizza and over cooked triangles of cheese they call fried mozzarella and a wedge of lettuce with a few sprinkles of toppings swimming in a sea of dressing. Now it’s not over yet, we sit down to eat and I take one bite of this grossly looking fried mozzarella and its horrible, the wedge salad is so drowned in dressing its not even worth trying and honestly this is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. In my opinion don’t order from this place they should just close there doors and stop putting customers through this gross misrepresentation of what they call a pizza and customer service.
If you like to dine late and have good service and good pizza it is here at PJs. Enjoyed the service, the food, and the prices. A tad expensive if you want seafood but overall it was a very reasonably price restaurant. Would recomend to many.
