Best baked goods around. Armand is not a baker, but a culinary artist! He uses only the best, natural, organic ingredients. His breads are unlike any you will find in the grocery store. i love the Purple Wheat bread. His sweets, like 4 Berry Pie and Apple Strudel, are also amazing! I buy all of my bread from him and feel good about eating only the best.

Anything the Swiss Baker makes is amazing, guaranteed. You won’t find better bread or desserts, I go back every week. Made with minimal top notch ingredients.
SJS. The Swiss Baker’s products are, quite simply, without parallel. Armand’s artisan bread takes you to Europe with every delicious bite. Moreover, his use of farm-fresh ingredients makes for both delicious flavor and true authenticity — all without preservatives! No guilt and all indulgence! Having had the great privilege of sampling a wide variety of the Swiss Baker’s products (the pregals, multigrain bread and lemon cake are to die for), I can say that the excellence and care that Armand puts into his baking provides a culinary experience that can’t be missed! I’m a huge fan!
Wow! Great Bread!. On a recent visit to the Norwood Farmers Market in NSB, I came across the Swiss Baker and was in for a special treat – REAL organic bread, baked fresh with whole & natural ingredients. Now this is what bread is all about. Not only is it fat free with no added sugar or chemical preservatives, it is healthy & delicious too, almost dessert-like. And speaking of dessert, if you’re partial to desserts as I am, you must try the lemon tart, which is reminiscent of the lemon cake my Austrian grandmother used to bake – Mmm yummy! All the baked goods are reasonably priced, although it would be hard to find comparable bread or pastries at any price.
Wunderbar!. This is the best European bread in the USA. Everytime I eat it I feel like I’m back in Switzerland.
JRS. The Swiss Baker’s multi grain bread is what I would choose if I could only have only one thing in the world to sustain me. When I’m lucky enough to have it I always feel that I’ve done the healthiest thing I could for my body and with a little of the right cheese a magnificent treat for my palate. I could eat it everyday and do when I have the chance.
