Absolutely amazing!!! It’s our home away from home! If you sit at the sushi bar do yourself a favor and don’t order off the menu, let the masters behind the bar do what they do best!
Update:At the request of my girlfriend, who loves this place, I have returned a few more times. It seems my first experience described below was an anomaly. The food is always good, and the service every time since has been top notch. Updating score accordingly. I am glad I gave this place another chance.Original Review:Ordered the seared tuna. The tuna was good, not the best I’ve ever had, but tasty. Was supposed to come with rice. Told the person that delivered the food we were waiting on rice. None came. Went to the counter and asked for the rice. Said it would come out. 20 minutes later it still hadn’t come out. Good food, if you get your full order. Would be 4.0 if there was better service and a guarantee of getting the food ordered.
Excellent sushi! Been to Japan several times, and I would say this is delicious compared to my overseas experiences. Other dishes like Yakisoba and fried rice smelled delicious, but I only had the chance to try the TNT and Vu roll. I’ll be back!
Been here a few times since it’s opened fairly recently, this restaurant is two part one is the sushi and the other is the attempt at hibachi. The sushi is pretty good I’ve had a few rolls and they’re well made and the sashimi is great too. The meats that they serve for Hibachi are well flavored. The negative is the fried rice tastes like it wasn’t made fresh or in-house it tastes more like they bought frozen pre-made rice.
