The best classic burgers I’ve had. Way better than five guys for half the price. The burgers are always hot and juicy. The fries are always hot and crispy, the bacon is fresh not that microwaved pre cooked crap you get from most all hamburger chains.
I visited Tops earlier this week. Ordered 2 chili dogs (no cheese) & one large fry. No drink. When I arrived at the window, the young man told me my bill was $10.63. I told him that seemed a little high. He told me the total was correct and that the owner had to increase their prices due to rising costs. He then told me, If we didnt raise our ptices, we wouldnt be here tomorrow. I told him that at those prices, I doubt that I would be back because I couldnt afford it. He told me I dont care, we dont need you. Weve got plenty of customers. When he handed me my food, I asked him if I could have a receipt, he told me, No, see you tomorrow! and shut the window. Ive since checked their prices amd it seems that the rude young man has been charging folks extra and pocketing the money. I will not be returning to this location.
Tops is great! Good burger with good prices. Quick on the go food that won’t disappoint.
Great Food and Great Customer Service. I attend North West Florida State College and I frequently go to Tops during lunch. Every time I go it is a pleasurable experience the food is always above par and the customer service is superb. If you are craving a burger skip the fast food chains and head on over to Tops. Also there chile cheese covered tots are fantastic. I’d give them a 10/10 review.
Glad They Moved to Niceville. I used to have to go to Fort Walton to get Tops burgers, and am glad that they moved to Niceville. They have the best burgers and fries, and their people are fast, friendly, and down to earth.

John Kiger. Waited way too long to drop by. Been there there three times and haven’t been disappointed. Tired of lines at Wendy’s, BK and McD’s. Tops brings the fast back to fast food.. Bacon double all the way is great, fries hot and sweet tea, yum. Gotta try a dog or two now. Would go there over the main chains 🙂
