Mr Malcolm Thurgood. I would just like to say that the wine advisor does not have a clue what he is talking about, my wife and I have just eaten there and were impressed by the staff, menu and wine list, we have eaten in restaurants all over the world and I can say this is one of the better ones, the atmosphere was really comfortable and pleasant , we were waited on by a young lady called Rachel who was utterly professional and attentive without being obtrusive, the menu was comprehensive as was the wine list, the standard of the food was of the highest and I would have no hesitation in recommending Biancas to anyone.

I went a few times a few years ago. They had a chicken dish with the tomatoes cut up like for bruschetta on top of he chicken. It used to be yummy. Then the last time I went, it was super greasy so I stopped going. Last night, I decided to try again and ordered it for takeout. After driving all the way there and back, I got home to discover, there were no tomatoes on it!!! I paid $21 for basically chicken Parmesan that I could have gotten anywhere for $10. Not to mention that the angel hair pasta that came with it was one big bunch of mush. Wonder how long that pasta sat there before it made its way to my plate? Long and the short of it, I have given them several chances and it has gone from bad to worse. I recommend eating somewhere else until they pull it together. They need Restaurant Impossible to come in and overhaul
Unhelpful. I called to speak with who handled their livingsocial deal. The employee said they were not available and that there was no good time to call back. I asked if there was an email or another way to contact them and they said no…sounds like a lie. I would rather eat somewhere else and not interact with rude people.
Great Italian food! If you haven’t been in for dinner put Bianca’s at the top of your list. Great service and atmosphere. Stop by the bar for an awesome cocktail and say hi to Adrian!
Best Italian in SWFL. Bianca’s is AWESOME. They have BY FAR the best wait-staff in town. The food is TRUE italian – fresh and home-made. The bread they serve with each meal is incredible, and pasts dishes are out-of-this-world. Don’t waste your time at the big $$$ Italian chains where everything is frozen before being cooked….get the REAL DEAL at Bianca’s.FYI…the owner and his wife are ULTRA gracious hosts…this is probably why the staff is so good.Don’t pass this one up… absolutely the best Italian restaurant in SWFL.
