Capt’n Fishbones, Tamiami Trail, N. Fort Myers, Fl. Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.Well I stuck with the basic fried fish and fries & house made sweet tea.It was good. What suprized me was the house made tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and sweet tea.These were outstanding. As well as the service. It was a bit touristy but fun and very nice place to visit.I am glad there is a very decent eatery to enjoy at a family joint.Worth the drive for the local yodels.
Be prepared to wait an hour to be served. We had lunch here last year during season and it was busy so we overlooked the hour wait to be served. But this year there were only 4 tables of people outside and we still waited an hour to be served. I don’t blame the servers, the one woman was running around taking orders, cleaning tables, and making drinks at the bar. We had little children with us and they were actually crying because they were hungry and we had to sit for so long. Then when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t even good. Will definitely not go back again!!!!
