  I love their food but everytime I order from them they forget something. Then I have to wait till the end of the night to get my forgotten items when my food is already cold. Please try to not forget any items…thank you!!!

  waited an hour for delivery which is what they said it would be .. ate stromboli and played backgammon. then went to eat antipasto salad.. not one piece of meat was on the salad. it was a tossed salad. called the resturant and the girl that said she was manager and refused to give her name said well this ticket is two hours old. and we had to adjust order twice as money wasnt on your card enough to cover order. it was a pre paid card. which i use for internet purchase. was too tired to cook so.. i said to husband hey we got twenty something left on card just get a pizza or something well have the shrimp etc. tomorrow. so .. it was a bit short so we changed order to small salad. well.. then she actually accused me of lying about salad. point blank. called me belligerent which i was not. said she could care less and i was a liar the food was fine and hung up on me. the rudest people i have ever dealt with .. being a nurse and my husband in the food industry for thirty years. we were loyal customers of this establishment for ten years. the rudest most poor service i HAVE EVER EVER HAD. I WOULD SAY NEVER EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF A LONG TERM CLIENT OF TEN YEARS CALLS AND SAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM.. I THINK CALLING THEM A LIAR AND A THIEF IS POOR JUDGEMENT. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME. I WILL CALL THE BBB AND REPORT THEM. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I WANTED NOTHING FOR FREE. JUST AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF A PROBLEM. HORRIBLE RUDE SERVER SHE WAS. SOUNDED YOUNG. VERY SARCASTIC AND RUDE. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE. THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD.. .

  Good Pizza, Rude Employees. Usually, the pizza is good. But I agree with Jose that some of the employees are very rude, especially one of the regular waitresses they have–if we see that she’s working the day we decide to go there, we go somewhere else; who wants to be insulted and frustrated just before and during having a meal? The young man they have for a waiter is very pleasant, friendly, and helpful–if we check and see that he’s waiting tables, then we eat there; otherwise, we go elsewhere. Overall, the food is good, and we’d eat there much more often if not for some of the rude employees.

  Rude rude. They think they smart by talking crap about u in a low voice or behind your back. Great pizza just bad employees.07 Jan, 2013Forgot to put I want to give a shout out to the crew for giving me a burnt pizza. I know my fault for not checking it there and waiting to get home to open the box. But lesion learned thank u for the great lesion in life. Best place around to be treated like crap and talked about.

  For the money you can not beat Heavenly’s Specials their prices are really but the food is even better. Their lg Calzone on Thursday is 5.95 and it easily feeds also their pizza and sandwichs are very good. Service is hit and miss but overall very good.
