Needs to UP their customer service to keep me coming. Late lunch with a friend. We had both been here before and had picked this place out specially because it was so good the first time we went. Now, we have both vowed that we never need to go here again. We both ordered BBQ: me-pork spareribs, she-duck. We had to ask for cups to drink the tea that was dropped at the table, then for extra napkins and a place to put our bones from the meal. The spareribs were good, no problems there. But, the duck was underdone and when talking to staff about it (3 different people), we were told that people had been ordering it all day and that there were no complaints. (My friend took home all but the two pieces of duck she had tried to eat and cooked it more to render out the fat and it was good then. The original flavor was fine; it just was too fatty and under-cooked.) Pot stickers ordered as an appetizer were very plumb and packed with meat. If there had been any movement toward compensation for part of the meal or even an indication that our complaints were warranted, this place might warrant another visit. As it is, there are plenty of other places to have Chinese BBQ.
