I am a long time customer of Lion Chef. I have been ordering there since I moved here. I am a creature of habit. I always order the same thing. And I get extra sauce on the side. When I got my order the sauce was forgotten. I called to see if we could get it. We were told either come get or get charged to have it redelivered. I’m not paying for their mistake. I’m a long time customer no more. And the man I spoke to who claimed to be a manager was the rudest man I’ve ever spoke to.

They definitely have changed and have really cleaned the place up. Still the best food and deal in town. Their Dinner Specials are $8 and you get a huge portion of fried rice, a huge portion of your entree, wanton or egg drop soup (the Wanton is awesome), and egg roll or soda (egg rolls are really really good here too). Basically for $8 you get enough food for 2 people. I always get two meals out of it. They also have a smaller version of this deal for $5 during the afternoons.23 Oct, 2009Lion Chef has really great take out but if you ever actually visited the restaurant you’d probably never eat there again. The overall appearance and cleanthlyness is deplorable. I’m supprised they pass health inspections. On the other hand they have great takeout, it’s very fast delivery, great prices and large portions. As a take out Chinese joint they’re decent just don’t go there because it will totally ruin it for you.
