Went to Hiro few times, and survice always been so-so, additionaly to already average tasting food..But few weeks ago, i ordered some food to go, after 45 minutes still coundn’t get my food. Just had to walk out, even tho i payed for the food. Will never go there again.
Like it. Fresh yummi Japanese food
I like it. I like the fresh food, hard immigrant worker and fun staff. But I think some of customers are low quality as they are very demanding, nasty and uneducated.
Poor Service. I had heard that Hiro’s was a must visit, so that is exactly what I did. I sat down at approximately 2PM with two friends. We ordered somewhere around 2:15, we watched two people sit down in the booth across from us. We waited until 2:50 to comment to the manager that we had not gotten our food – and I had noticed that couple that walked in and sat down across from us were almost done with their meal. Service sucked. Food was ehhh.. I would NOT recommend this restaurant. Way better sushi and chinese food at other local places.
Delicious authentic Japanese cuisine. Plus it’s open until 3am, like places in Japan.highly recommended.
Great sushi!!!. Im not a big fan of sushi, but when i eat it, i only eat it here or doraku. prices are pretty good, and i love the saporro beer.
My favorite Japanese restaurant/bar. I LOVE HIRO’s!!!! The atmosphere is great. The service is great. The bartender’s are wonderful at what they do and are very attentive to your needs. I work as a taxi driver at night and when I’m done with my shift, I go to Hiro’s to eat a little something (btw, the tuna tataki and the lobster are my favorites) and have some cold sake. Mario always knows what I want and how I like it. The owner is a wonderful woman who I admire and Terry, the manager, is beyond a class act. The guys behind the bar, Mario, Tony, and Hugo are terrific. I would highly suggest to go in and see them — they will make you smile. And of course the menu — you cannot go wrong with anything you order on the menu. Everything they prepare is extremely fresh and I have never had a problem with the food coming slowly. I come from Ft. Lauderdale (30 minute drive) just for the people and the food. And they are open late so if I need a late night sushi fix and a cold sake — I’m there.
