Should hear and solve customers concerns!. Everything was going smooth until they Brought the drinks, asked for 4 cans of soda and gave us 2 cups, I had to ask for 2 more. Then we placed our order, they served the chicken, the French fries and the salad. The lettuce in the salad was all yellow, and lacking freshness. When I told the waiter he blamed it on the cook and left it at that. Unbelievable !!! The chicken was delicious, good fries, Stale salad and below average service.
Its not the same. We have been enjoying the food and service at Cholos for a while.I had told family and friends about the food however I visited today to buy food for lunch. I payed for a whole chicken, and I was so surprised when I got home. The entire container was full of quarter legs and it tasted terrible.
TIP. Charged a 15% tip on the check which is not allowed and we were only 3 guests.Tip is at the discretion of the guest as a recognition of the service, it is not an obligation.The restaurant should be aware so the guest do not have to lodge a complaint at the BBB.
This place is a dump. Please drive pass this nightmare with kitchen , over priced, rude waiters waitresses, and they still have the nerves to suck 15% tip to your final check…sucksssss
Everything I’ve tried was delicious!! And I know because I am Peruvian. The ambiance is very simple and the prices are good. I fairly recommend it.
The food is verry, but the service is terrible waiters are verry unpolite. La comida es buena pero el servicio es horible los meseros son groseros.
